Order placed on the Avinash Manekar.com, buyer acknowledges to bound by the following terms and conditions.
Painting made available for sale on the Website may not always be in the physical possession, of Avinash Manekar.com may be physically located anywhere in the India

If the buyers like any paintings on website he/she can contact by email.

Once an order is confirmed the buyer is required to make full payment. The price of painting does not include duties, taxes, packing, transporting and handling, which will be charged as applicable, buyer will be intimated about taxes and transporting charges depending on the location of the buyer. Painting will be delivered / dispatched to the buyer / transporter after the creadit of amount to the account of Avinash A. Manekar.
All paintings displayed on the Website is supported by an authenticity guaranty, invoice, authenticity certificate, artist profile, will be send along with the painting.

The information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change in the information provided will be updated. The information of buyer's Address / Telephone Number / email I.D. will be kept confidential.

The buyer shall make payment within 30 days on confirmation of order, after which the artist shall be to dispore the painting at his discretion

All the disputes regarding the transaction, transportation etc. Shall be subject to jurisdiction of Nasik court only

Please note that on receipt of full payment in advance paintings will be delivered to transportation / by road, by air, and by sea depending on the location of the buyer. |

Cheque / Demand Draft: |

You can send us a “Cheque / Demand Draft” as a mode of payment and place an order with us. Your order will be processed once we receive the Cheque / Demand Draft and the amount is credited to our account. |

International Payments can be made to us by Direct Wire Transfer. Please Note: Once order is placed, the art work(s) will be held under the prospective buyers name during the payment processing.
